After receiving this product, I opened it, reviewed the instructions that came with it, placed my nano chip into it, and charged it up for a couple of hours. I then turned it on, and everything with it seemed to be working,so I checked the phone function of it by calling from my home telephone number, and it worked. The messaging function had to be adjusted for messaging out, so I took it to my phone provider, and he adjusted the program for messaging reply. Since then, I have had no problems with with it. This is a very nicely designed product, and I really like the large display on it. I am using the telephone and messaging service on it, and that is nearly it. The battery in it is very strong, and I charge it whenever it needs charging.
